The bakery began its story in 1956, when my maternal grandparents decided to start this beautiful family business. With dedication and effort, they laid the foundation for what we know today. After them, my parents continued the tradition, bringing their own creativity and passion for baking.
Today, both my brother and I, together with our parents, have taken the reins of the business, keeping the family legacy alive and adapting our recipes and products to modern tastes, while striving to provide the same quality and love that our grandparents put into every loaf they baked.
